Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Please read our RETURN and REFUND policy below for details.
NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on International orders if the order has been refused by a buyer due to duties and fees by customs.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged during use.
Custom orders cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., USA).
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
DOMESTIC RETURNS / REFUNDS
To request a refund, simply contact us by email within 14 days of the date of purchase
PitcherKoozy will issue RMA # (return material authorization) for the product.
After receiving and inspecting the product – MUST BE LIKE NEW –
Please allow at least 10 business days for your return to be processed
Refunds that are approved will be issued in the same way the purchase was made (minus shipping costs)
We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned
PitcherKoozy automatically ships Web orders to United States of America.
Please note that for orders to United States, and many other countries, tax, duty, brokerage, and other fees may be applied by customs which will NOT be refunded.
Shipping costs will be added to your purchase at check out.
Parcels are mailed through Canada Post/USPS and may be tracked using the PayPal - Canada Post Integrated System.
Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.
Products may be shipped separately.
